1. Quality Assurance

2. The products sold by our company are manufactured with advanced production technology and qualified materials. The products and their components sold are brand new and unused qualified products, and
Fully meet the requirements of quality, specifications, performance and technical standards stipulated in the business contract. Our company is responsible for any defects of the products caused by problems in workmanship or materials.
3. Our company guarantees that when a product defect is found during the quality guarantee period, it will arrive at the site in time for free repair or appraisal and return to the factory for new product replacement within the agreed time.

2. After-sales response time

3. warranty period
The quality guarantee period is: one year for equipment and three months for drill pipe bits and accessories from the date of leaving the factory. If there is another warranty period, the agreement shall be implemented.
4. Disclaimer
1. During the warranty period, the drilling tool product is severely worn during use, and the product batch number and company LOGO are incomplete and clear;
2. The drilling tool product encounters severe wear in the highly abrasive formation during use, and the diameter of the drilling tool is worn or the surface damage is greater than 0.5mm;
3. The product is mixed with other manufacturers or the maintenance operation is improper, causing the threaded thread of the threaded connection drill tool to be damaged or locked.
5. Technical support
In the full life cycle of the product, our company provides free technical guidance and technical services 24 hours a day. Paid maintenance services are provided upon expiry of the warranty period.
