Triangular groove cable drill pipe is mainly used in directional horizontal drilling in coal mine roadway. It is used in conjunction with orifice display equipment to display drilling trajectory data in real time. The operator can adjust the drilling trajectory direction in time according to the display data, so as to achieve the purpose of directional drilling. Widely used in mining, coal, oil, water conservancy and other industries of directional drilling control.
Directional drill pipe, also known as central cable drill pipe or drill pipe measurement while drilling, is mainly used for deep hole drilling with kilometer directional drilling machine. It is composed of four parts: drill pipe body, conduction device, insulation device and support device. The conduction device, insulation device and support device constitute the central cable device of the drill pipe, which affects the transmission of the measurement signal while drilling. It is a signal transmission device between the hole bottom inclinometer unit and the hole inclinometer equipment, and is an important supporting drilling tool to ensure the smooth implementation of directional drilling, mainly used in coal mine underground directional drilling, coal mine underground rotary drilling and other geological controlled directional drilling conditions.

Main material: the drill pipe is made of 27CrMo material as steel blank, which can be tempered into S135 oil pipe steel grade.
Drill pipe wall thickness: the wall thickness of the outer flat type is 8mm, and the wall thickness of the milling groove type is 10mm.
Drill pipe length: 1.5m, 2m, 3m, of which 3m is the most commonly used, 1.5m, 2m is the length used for general drilling to directional drilling.
Tensile strength: 800kN.
Torsional strength: Φ73mm:≥ 12000N · m,Φ89mm:≥ 18000N · m.
Conductor resistance: central cable device resistance <0.5 ohms.
