In some areas, bottom drainage roadway drilling has been used to realize gas extraction and ensure the effective operation of safe mining. On this basis, in order to improve the efficiency of gas extraction, hydraulic punching or high-pressure mechanical reaming is mostly used to create holes in the hole to increase permeability, both of the above two need to use high-pressure water as kinetic energy to create holes in the hole. Hydraulic punching uses a high-pressure slag discharge device (also called a high-pressure water knife) and uses its high-pressure jet arranged on the outer surface to form a nozzle. When high-pressure water passes through, an ultra-high-speed high-pressure water jet is formed through the high-pressure water jet, it is greatly affected by the hardness relationship of coal seam and cannot accurately achieve the expected effect. High-pressure mechanical reaming is to uniformly ream the coal seam through blade wings arranged with single wing, double wing or even multiple wings. Its principle is to use high-pressure water to push the internal plunger structure, and drive the opening and closing of the blade wings through the plunger, thus making holes in the hole. The implementation of this process can effectively control the diameter of holes in the hole, but is more dangerous, high-pressure water leakage is easy to cause personal injury, the reset control of the knife wing in the hole is poor, and the knife wing is easy to fall off due to uneven force when it meets the coal-rock junction. In summary, providing an efficient and stable hole-making device is the primary technical problem to be solved, and the same technical bottleneck also exists for mine pressure control.
