Electric rock drill, electric tool with rotary cutting mechanism and automatic feed mechanism, used for medium hard and rock drilling holes.
1. Determine the erection position of the drill frame (self-made) according to the use occasion and the drilling position, install the chain on the main machine, then install the main machine on the runway, connect the two ends of the chain with the runway, and adjust the chain pull rod, so that the chain obtains a certain tension and fixes the runway to the drill frame.
2. Turn the handwheel to the neutral position before drilling and run for five minutes without load. When the motor is well insulated, there is no abnormal sound in the rock drill, and the rotation direction of the spindle is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the reducer

Precautions
1. When drilling holes, slowly rotate the handwheel in the direction of the arrow to gently connect the clutch. When the drill body is fully drilled into the rock, tighten the clutch with force, but not too hard. When drilling to the required depth, the handwheel should be quickly turned in reverse to stop the advance. Then press the arrow to tighten the clutch, the host quickly retreats, and then stop drilling when the drill bit completely exits the orifice, otherwise it is easy to damage the drill bit and parts, then turn the handwheel to the neutral position.2. In the process of drilling, if the drill pipe is bent or stuck, the drill shall be withdrawn immediately. Check whether the drill bit is worn or chipped, whether it encounters a hard fault or whether the voltage at the inlet end of the motor conforms to the rated voltage. If it is lower than the rated value, the voltage must be adjusted to the rated value.
3. When drilling rock holes, the water flow rate is 5-8L/min and the pressure is 0.3-0.5Mpa
4. Strict dry drilling (exclusive when using spiral blade drill pipe), strictly implement the method of supplying water first, then drilling, stopping drilling first and then stopping water. Pay attention to the water supply during drilling. In case of sudden water cut-off, the drilling must be stopped immediately to make the drill bit leave the bottom of the hole in time to prevent drill bit gambling and sticking accidents.
5. In the junction box components, the galvanized washers on the terminals are not allowed to be used with large diameters to ensure the creepage distance and electrical clearance.
6. If there is any abnormal sound in the rock drill, it should be checked and repaired immediately. The reduction box should be cleaned regularly and the lubricating oil should be replaced. If necessary, the motor should be dried regularly. -
