Diamond compact (PDC) is a special superhard material synthesized by synthetic diamond and cemented carbide at one time under high temperature conditions. It not only has the advantages of high diamond hardness and wear resistance, but also has the characteristics of cemented carbide, such as strong impact resistance and large cutting edge.
Intensity differentiation:
The strength of diamond compact drill bit is mainly determined by the strength of diamond compact. At present, diamond compact drill bit is mainly divided into three types: common type, reinforced type and high strength type. Diamond compact is mainly divided into 1304 type and 1308 type. 1304 and 1308 refer to the diameter and thickness of the compact. The basic distinctions we adopt are: common type, reinforced type and high strength type. The common type is 1304 planar composite sheet, the reinforced type is 1304 spherical composite sheet and 1308 plane composite sheet, and the high-strength type is 1308 spherical composite sheet.
High-strength diamond bit blade wing adopts the newly developed ball diamond blade, which is characterized by fast drilling speed and strong impact resistance. When the drill bit is drilling, the lip is used for scraping the normal uniform formation rock, and the protruding part can inhibit the instantaneous large-scale footage when the drill bit encounters a gap during the drilling process, greatly reducing the accidental damage of the drill bit and improving the drilling level to deal with complex rock formations.
