In the geological exploration industry, the installation of drill pipes and drilling tools is very easy for professional and technical personnel, but for many new users who have purchased full hydraulic tunnel drilling rigs, it is not so simple. Correctly mastering the installation skills of drill pipes and drilling tools can greatly improve the efficiency of drilling work and reduce the waste of economic costs. The following are the installation methods and steps of ZDY series full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig drill pipes and common drilling tools. The installation of different types of drill pipes and drilling tools are similar. Installation steps: 1. Turn the upper cover of the gripper to one side, pull out the slips in the gripper, and reduce the diameter of less than 108mm

Installation steps:
1. Turn the upper cover of the retainer to one side, pull out the slips in the retainer, put a coarse diameter drilling tool less than 108mm into the hole, and use a pad fork to suspend the drilling tool above the orifice pipe (when drilling a drooping hole) or against the front end of the retainer (when drilling an upward hole).
2. close the upper cover of the holder, insert the drill rod from the rear end of the power head, put the tripping handle in the tripping position, push the feed handle forward to make the drill rod pass through the holder, connect it with the joint of the coarse-diameter drill tool (manual or motorized), and then install the clamp slip.
3. Push the feed handle to feed the drill pipe into the hole by the reciprocating movement of the power head, and stop feeding when the tail end of the drill pipe approaches the rear end of the main shaft of the power head.
4. Connect the second drill pipe from the rear end of the power head, manually align the thread, screw in, back the power head, and rotate forward, repeat the CD operation, and feed the third drill pipe to repeatedly feed the drill pipe.

No core opening
1. Insert a drill rod from the rear end of the gyrator, pass through the chuck, and top on the end face of the holder (because the holder is closed at this time, it cannot penetrate). If the drill pipe cannot be inserted from the rear end of the gyrator, the drill can be shut down and restarted after the drill pipe is inserted into the gyrator.
2. The handle of the auxiliary oil pump function switching valve is pushed to the front position (I. e., the relief valve is carried), and the handle of the gripper function switching valve is pushed to the separated position (I. e., the front position). Switch the tripping position to the tripping position, push forward the pulling handle to make the drill pipe enter the holder, and manually screw the coreless drill bit in front of the holder to prepare for drilling.
Core opening
1. Pull out the clamp slip, the power head retreats to the limit position, and put the thick core drilling tool (short core pipe shall be used) in front of the chuck.
2. Insert a drill pipe from the rear end of the power head and screw it together with the large diameter drill tool joint to prepare for drilling.
