Yiguang Science and Technology Organization Launching Safety Production Training Activities for Resuming Work and Resuming Production after "May Day"

The "May Day" holiday is over and the company has fully resumed work and production. At this moment, in order to avoid the "holiday syndrome" of employees and increase the unstable factors and uncertain risks in safety production, the company organized and carried out the "first lesson" training activity of safety production for all employees in the activity room of the exhibition hall on the morning of May 06, 2024. It is hoped that through this safety training, all departments will be urged to fully fulfill the main responsibility of safety production, strengthen safety warning education, and enhance the safety awareness of all employees, so as to ensure the stability of the company's safety situation during the post-holiday production period.
This "first lesson" safety training was presided over by Wang Hairui, general manager of the main person in charge, and Li Changlin, chief of the safety section, taught safety knowledge to all employees. The conference contains two important agendas, aiming to emphasize the importance of safety in production, educate employees on how to prevent accidents, improve crisis management capabilities, and ensure safety and stability in the workplace. Adhering to the purpose of study and implementation, the meeting implemented the overall requirements of the "three-year Action implementation Plan for work Safety to get to the root of the problem" issued by the Liaocheng Municipal CPC Committee and Municipal Government and the Linqing Emergency Management Bureau. This action plan makes it clear that the "eight major actions" and "four rectification" aim to promote safe production, ensure the safety of employees and the working environment, and provide a solid guarantee for the sustained and stable development of enterprises.
General Manager Wang Hairui stressed the importance of safe production at the meeting, pointing out that only by ensuring safety can enterprises continue to develop. And encourage employees to continuously enhance safety awareness, abide by rules and regulations, strictly implement various safety operation procedures, and achieve "responsibility for keeping the soil" and "responsibility for keeping the soil". Li Changlin, chief of the safety section, introduced in detail the preventive measures and crisis response strategies of the accident, guided the staff to understand the safety risks and cultivate the ability to deal with emergencies. Through this training meeting, all employees have more clearly defined the importance of safety work and strengthened their determination to prevent safety accidents.
