Mine mud pulse wireless with drilling measurement device-beneficial mining technology.

In view of the technical limitation that the signal transmission of the existing coal mine underground measurement while drilling system must rely on the special drill pipe through the cable and cannot use the regular drill pipe, the mud pulse wireless transmission technology is proposed, and the inner ring space of the drill string is used as the signal transmission channel. Through the hole, the internal rolling trajectory parameters measurement mud pulse carrier signal transmission, intermittent working mode design and control, hole, port signal reception and demodulation processing and other key technology research, developed a mine-based mud pulse wireless drilling measurement device YHD3-1500, and tested in Shanxi Jincheng Sihe Chengzhuang Coal Mine. The test results show that the signal amplitude of the mud pulse wireless drilling measuring device.
