At about 3 o'clock on July 9, 2021, a side gang collapsed during the construction and support of the coal coil of Hancun Coal Mine of Xiayang Town Tianhushan Energy Industry Co., Ltd., Yongchun County, causing a miner to be crushed. The injured were rescued and sent to hospital by the on-site personnel, but the injured died due to ineffective rescue.
