Pre-drilling can stop downhole water

Drill pipe use considerations:
When using a new drill pipe for the first time, it is recommended to rotate it twice at the wellhead,Torque slightly below specified value. When the drill pipe is located at the wellhead joint, it must be corrected manually to prevent the normal joint from hitting the end face or thread of the female joint and causing damage. Then use chain tongs to manually identify the bolts and use hydraulic tongs to tighten the screws.
The drill string should be replaced and unloaded before each derrick, so that the drill string runs up and down during the three drilling processes, so that each drill bit can be checked in time to reduce problems such as ring, buckle, perforation and leakage. At the same time, the position of the upper and lower drilling tools should be changed regularly to change the stress state of the drilling tool, so that the stress of each part of the drilling tool tends to be consistent, thereby improving the service life of the drilling tool and reducing the occurrence of early failure.
During the drilling process, reasonable drilling speed and pressure should be selected according to the formation, diameter and structure of the drilling tool,To ensure that the drilling tool works in the ideal working condition,Achieve satisfactory drilling efficiency. Maintenance Management of Drill Pipe after Use
After drilling, the drilling tools shall be arranged on the drill frame according to different specifications, wall thickness, eye size, steel grade and grade. Clean the inner and outer surfaces, joint threads, and bridge shoulder covers with water in time, and thoroughly clean and dry. Check whether the surface of the drill pipe has cracks, scratches, thread integrity, whether the joint is partially worn, whether the shoulder surface is flat, whether there is wear, whether there are bending bite marks of the pipe body, whether there are corrosion, pits and other defects inside and outside the drill pipe. In order to reduce the occurrence of failure accidents such as joint thread fracture and drilling leakage, the drill pipe body should be subjected to ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test and magnetic particle test. There is no problem with the thread and the shoulder drill on the anti-rust oil cover.
Drill pipes shall be marked with paint on site and stored separately to prevent misuse. And drill pipe repair, replacement problems, so as not to affect the later construction. Long-term use of outdoor drill pipe, the use of rain-proof waterproof cover, regular inspection of the drill pipe internal and external surface corrosion, do a good job of moisture-proof and anti-corrosion work.
