China Railway Sixth Bureau was established on January 6, 2004. China Railway Eighth Bureau

China Railway Eighth Bureau was reorganized from the original Chengdu Railway Engineering Group, Kunming Railway Construction Group, and Chengdu Bridge Factory. It was registered and established on December 31, 2003.

China Railway No.9 Bureau

The annual construction capacity is more than 20 billion yuan.

China Railway 23rd Bureau

China Railway 23rd Bureau was established in March 2004. It is composed of China Railway Construction Corporation with the net assets of Qiqihar Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd., China Railway 14th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. with the net assets of China Railway 14th Bureau first Engineering Co., Ltd., and China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. to increase capital and integrate the former China Railway Bridge Group Co., Ltd. with the net assets of China Railway 15th Bureau third Engineering Co., Ltd.
