1) The applicability of the conventional full hydraulic drilling rig in the coal industry, that is, the application of the drill pipe does not require the upgrading of the current drilling rig, and will not improve the construction process of the exploration project and the work intensity of the construction personnel;

3) The connector adopts the structure feature of double top diameter and adopts partial ladder tooth type. The tensile strength and torsional strength are 30% and 40% higher than those of conventional drill pipes respectively. Fully considering the technical application of hole-protecting screen pipe under the rapid speed of soft coal and rock, the design concept of the connector has two kinds of conventional pipe diameter and large diameter.
4) The basic parameters of spiral milling groove have the characteristics of deep milling groove, total width and milling groove structure. The depth and total width of the milling groove refer to the welding type wide fin spiral drill pipe fin, and the milling groove angle adopts too many arcs to reduce the internal stress condition.
5) The connecting head adopts friction welding technology. The technology has the characteristics of high quality, high efficiency, environmental protection, energy saving and no pollution, high level of mechanical automation, high manufacturing efficiency.
6) The connector adopts the heat treatment method to realize the annealing process in the thermal interference zone of the welding gap, and improves its comprehensive mechanical performance.
7) The integral spiral drill pipe adopts the ordinary heat treatment tempering annealing process.
