Mechanical hole reaming construction process and measures 1. Construction pilot hole. 2. Reaming. The diamond composite drill bit is used for reaming. During the drilling process, the wind pressure and air volume are reasonably controlled, the feed pressure and the drilling speed of the diamond composite drill bit are properly grasped, and the sediment is reduced by decompression and speed reduction to improve the hole formation rate of drilling. Withdraw the drilling tool immediately after the completion of reaming, and then use the air pressure to drain the cinder in the hole.
3. Add hole-making equipment. According to the hole-forming depth of the pilot hole, the distance between the coal seam roof and the designed hole-making depth, add a supporting drill pipe before the hole-making equipment, connect the hole-making equipment with the drilling tool, install a comprehensive gas injection hole treatment device at the orifice, and then use the drilling machine to feed the hole-making equipment into the hole until the supporting drill pipe reaches the bottom of the hole.
4. Rotate to make holes. When the hole-making equipment reaches the predetermined position of the drilling hole, the driving device of the hole-making equipment first transmits the feeding and rotating power of the drilling machine to the hole-making cutting device. When the pressure of the drilling machine rises to a certain pressure, the hole-making cutting arm slowly opens with the support force of the supporting drill pipe at the bottom of the hole. In order to ensure the quality of the hole-making, lower feeding pressure and drilling speed are adopted in the construction process, keep the drilling feed as evenly as possible, and the equipment rotation and water supply cannot be stopped suddenly after the hole is made. Keep water supply and drilling tools idling and stop feeding drill pipe when there are signs of injection holes during construction.
5. Drill removal and hole sealing. After drilling hole construction, slowly reduce the water pressure until the water is cut off, so that the cutting arm of the hole making equipment is reset. After exiting the cavitation device, a large number of scratches are visible on the cavitation cutting arm. The sediment in the hole is blown clean by wind pressure. In order to prevent the collapse of the coal wall in the hole, the gas drainage screen pipe is put down, the hole is sealed by special polyurethane, the monitoring interface is installed on the orifice drainage branch pipe, and then the branch pipe is connected with the drainage main pipe.
