Non-magnetic drill pipe is the supporting equipment of directional drilling measurement while drilling, which has the functions of reducing the outside interference to the measuring device while drilling, signal transmission, conveying the power medium of the bottom motor of the hole and the power transmission of the drilling machine. It is an important part of the directional drilling tool in the coal mine. It has the characteristics of low magnetic permeability, high tensile strength and good torsion resistance, and provides a non-magnetic environment for the in-hole measurement system without magnetic interference of drilling tool, the magnetic field at the probe is almost equal to the nearby geomagnetic field, so the geomagnetic direction of the borehole can be accurately distinguished to ensure the measurement accuracy of the measurement system.
