Overview of 1. Product Performance Heavy-duty triangular grooved thrust slag discharge drill pipe, referred to as heavy-duty triangular grooved drill pipe, is a new type of drilling tool product newly developed by our company for coal mine tunnel drilling and gas drainage drill pipe in this coal seam. It has a wide range of adaptability to the formation conditions of coal seam hardness coefficient. The products produced are respectively external triangular transmission type grooved drill pipe, hexagonal double-pin quick-connect tensile type grooved drill pipe, large and large hole threaded connection type grooved drill pipe, hexagonal double-pin quick-connect tensile type geological spiral drill pipe and other series of products. It is widely used in deep hole drilling construction of high gas coal seam, especially soft coal seam. Under the reasonable design condition of the drill bit diameter difference, the three edges are greasy and stirred to protect the hole.

The products produced are respectively external triangular transmission type grooved drill pipe, hexagonal double-pin quick-connect tensile type grooved drill pipe, large and large hole threaded connection type grooved drill pipe, hexagonal double-pin quick-connect tensile type geological spiral drill pipe and other series of products. It is widely used in deep hole drilling construction of high gas coal seam, especially soft coal seam. Under the reasonable design condition of bit diameter difference, the spiral groove thrust slag discharge structure is added on the basis of the triangular greasy smear mixing and protecting hole. Selection of high-quality joints and rod body material by friction welding, machining center CNC machine tool finishing, with high torque, adapt to the performance characteristics of high speed drilling.

Instructions for 5. operation
5.1. First install the propulsion main shaft (Figure 3). After the flange is firmly fixed with bolts, put the propulsion sealing baffle (Figure 3.2) into the main shaft cavity according to the marked direction, then install the triangular drive coupling (Figure 3.1) and tighten it with the fixing bolts.
5.2. Adjust the stroke of the drilling rig to the required position. Place the first drill pipe on the front holder, manually rotate and align it into the drilling rig to push the main shaft (Figure 3). Install a drill bit at the front end of the drill pipe, and install a high-speed follow-up air supply device at the rear end of the main shaft (Figure 4). Open the appropriate air volume to carry out drilling construction.
5.3. After the first drill pipe is drilled, the end of the drill pipe shall be properly exposed to a little (not less than 10cm) of the clamp. Open the front clamp to clamp the drill pipe. The drill motor shall be withdrawn to the rear end to start installing the second drill pipe. Firstly, connect the thread of the front drill pipe, at least manually rotate the thread to connect 2-3 threads, and then slowly start the drilling machine to tighten and carry out normal drilling. Repeat the above operations for continuous drilling.
5.4. When the drill pipe is withdrawn after reaching the specified footage depth, install the fixing bolt in the triangular drive coupling (Fig. 3.1), pull the drill pipe back and forth, open the front holder to hold the drill pipe, the main shaft of the drilling rig rotates in reverse at low speed, and the drill pipe thread is loosened. Remove the fixing bolt of the triangular driving coupling (Fig. 3.1), and then remove the drill pipe. Drill rod retrieval operations are performed in sequence.
5.5. During the drill pipe retrieval operation, the drilling rig shall operate intermittently. When the drill pipe is not fully retrieved, it is strictly prohibited to stop the machine for a long time. In the process of drilling or retracting the drill pipe, the downtime shall not exceed 10 minutes to prevent drilling deformation from causing sticking accident.
6. Operation Precautions
6.1. Before the drill pipe is connected, the male and female screw threads shall be coated with thread grease to ensure the strength of the screw threads when the drill pipe is connected.
6.2. When the WOB is normal, it is about 60Bar (EH260 drilling rig bears a WOB range of 0-400Bar and 0-40Mpa after conversion). The drill pipe can be pushed forward normally. When the WOB is too high (over 70Bar), the rotating speed of the drilling rig should be appropriately reduced and the low speed should be maintained. If the drilling pressure continues to be too high, the drilling of the hole should be resolutely abandoned and the opening position should be selected again.
6.3, the heavy triangular groove drill pipe standard matching drill bit diameter is Φ85mm, the maximum matching drill bit diameter is Φ94mm, if the drill bit diameter exceeds Φ94mm, drill pipe in the drilling process, the role of rotating greasy wipe hole wall will be greatly reduced, easy to cause the occurrence of holding drill, hole collapse and other phenomena.
