The use, maintenance and common fault treatment of bolt machine
Use of (I) bolt machine
(1) check the bolt machine, drill, drill in good condition, the pipeline connection is reliable, bolt machine pump station resistanceWhether the oil level of the grinding hydraulic oil is correct, and the quality of the anchor rod (cable) and anchoring agent is qualified.
(2) During drilling, the personnel shall stand on the well-supported side for operation and clean the live stones hanging from the gangue.
(3) Use Φ6.2mm steel wire rope as the safety rope, and connect the handle of the anchor rod machine to the one of the handle reversalThe upper corner of the square lane side is fixed, and the wire rope has a suitable length (not more than 200mm).
(4) Install the drill bit and drill pipe, align it with the eye position, and operate the handle to push the drill bit to the calibrated position for drilling,
Drill one section of drill and lengthen one section. When setting the anchor rod, the construction shall be carried out in the order of first middle and then both sides.
(5) Installation sequence of anchor rod: material preparation → hidden danger investigation → drilling of anchor rod machine → hanging top net → loading of medicine roll →Insert anchor rod → upper guard plate and tray (anchor rod nut) → start the anchor rod machine and put it in place → mix the medicine roll for 30s →Make the guard plate and tray close to the rock surface → stop the machine for 15s → exit the bolting machine. Installation sequence of anchor cable: material preparation → hidden dangerCheck → drill hole of anchor rod machine → load coil → insert anchor cable into place → start anchor rod machine to place and stir the medicine coilExit the bolt machine after 30s → upper protective plate → upper support plate → anchorage → 40min post-prestress tensioning.
(6) After the drilling is in place, after the back and forth lifting bolt machine cleans the drilling, close the outrigger valve and the outrigger falls back.
(7) After networking, put the anchoring agent into the orifice by hand, and use the anchor rod (cable) to be installed to transfer the anchoring agent toSlowly push in the hole, top it in place, and install a stirring sleeve for stirring. The anchoring agent used is K2335Type resin anchoring agent, the top anchor rod generally uses 3 sections of anchoring agent, 2 sections of help anchor and 5 sections of anchor cable.
(8) anchor bolt fastening and anchor cable tensioning: ① after the anchor bolt is installed, fasten the anchor bolt nut with a sleeve,Make the anchor rod achieve the best fastening effect; ② After the anchor cable is installed, use a tensioning jack or a tensioning cylinder to fix the anchor cable.Tighten up.
(9) After the operation is completed, turn off the water first, flush the appearance of the drilling rig with water, and then run it without load to reachThe purpose of water rust prevention, and the drilling rig from a vertical way to a safe place.
(II) maintenance and common fault handling
1. Routine maintenance
(1) Before repairing the anchor drill, use a water gun and detergent to thoroughly clean the dust and dry it.Dry.
(2) When the shaft pin in the machine head needs to be removed, be careful not to damage or destroy the machine head and the pin shaft matching tableFace. When disassembling or assembling the pin shaft, pay special attention not to rotate or operate the control handle, otherwise the pin shaft will pass through.Damage to the O-ring over several grooves. Pay attention to the pin shaft thoroughly cleaned and buttered, and pat it in a straight line.
(3) When repairing the air leg, it should be fixed in a soft jacket, and it is not allowed to use a vise, pipe wrench or chainDo not use hot steam or solvent to clean the air leg; use the specified detergent and high-pressure water to clean the air leg.The gun can be cleaned alternately with hot water and detergent below 90 ℃. Replace the gas leg with the correct gas sealing ring.All sealing rings; incorrect use of sealing rings will result in poor operation of the air leg.
2. Common fault handling
(1) Anchor drill can not extend the air leg
Reason:
① The exhaust valve is blocked; ② The spring is broken and the exhaust valve is not closed; ③ The air leg is stuck.
Exclusion method:
① Remove the exhaust screw, check the exhaust hole and clean it; ② Remove the water valve and exhaust valve,Replace the spring; ③ Check the sealing condition of the slider, replace it if it is bad, and check whether the air leg is damaged.
(2) The air leg of the anchor drill shall not land.
Reason:
① The air leg is fully extended, and the axis of the air leg cylinder is not right; ② The air leg is stuck; ③ The control air cannot be reached.Exhaust valve; ④ Exhaust valve sealing ring is broken or spring is broken.
Exclusion method:
① Shake the bolt body to make it fall freely; ② Check the condition of the slider, if necessaryReplace and check the air leg; ③ Check whether there is air leakage at each set of seat joints; ④ Check and clean the water valve and exhaust valve.Replace as needed.
(3) The rotating air leg of the anchor drill cannot be lowered.
Reasons: ① low wind pressure; ② controller, filter blockage.Elimination method: ① check the wind pressure; ② remove the cleaning, check the oil type.
(4) The propelling speed of the anchor drill is low or the air leg elongation is slow.Reason:
① Low wind pressure ② Damaged air leg ③ The exhaust valve cannot be closed ④ The exhaust valve closes slowly.
ExcludeMethods:
① Check the air pressure and filter screen; ② Check the damage of the air leg; ③ Remove the water valve and exhaust valve for inspectionAll parts, clean the exhaust valve.
(5) The anchor drill shall not spray water or intermittently spray water.
Reason: ① the water switch is not turned on; ② the water regulator is not turned on; ③ the long plate bushing is blocked; ④ water entersThe mouth filter screen is blocked; ⑤ The water pressure is too high or the air pressure is too low; ⑥ The control gas cannot reach the water valve; ⑦ The water switch valveFailure; ⑧ The stainless steel ball in the water valve is stuck in the water valve; ⑨ The sealing ring is damaged and the water valve is in the long open position.Excluding method: ① rotating water regulator to reach the required amount of water; ② clean; ③ check the cleaning; ④Check the air pressure and water pressure; ⑤ Check whether there is air leakage at each joint of the hose; ⑥ Remove and check; ⑦ Remove the water valve and check itCheck, clean or replace; ⑧ Check and replace.
(6) Anchor drill can not shut off the waterReason:
① The water valve is stuck in the open position;
② The water switch valve is stuck;
③ Continuous operation of the control gas to the water valveUse;
④ Wear of sleeve and journal.
Exclusion method:
① Emergency shutdown of the water regulator, remove the water valve and check the spring and O-shape density after the steel ball.Damaged packing, clean and replace it;
② Remove the valve and clean all parts;
③ Whether there is dirt or damage under the seat;
④ Remove the control arm.
