Use of (I) scraper conveyor
(1) Check the motor, reducer, connecting cylinder, signal device, scraper, chain, bolt, coal baffle,Tail shield, coal return pit, spray, etc.
(2) send out the start-up signal and shout, and after confirming that the personnel leave the mechanical operation position, inching twice first,Then officially start the operation, and open the spray device dust.
(3) If any abnormality is found during operation, a shutdown signal should be sent immediately to stop the machine, and the hand that controls the switchLock the switch to the power-off position, and then hang the power-off sign for proper handling.
(4) When the scraper conveyor is running, it is strictly prohibited to clean the coal gangue or handle the scraper chain at the rotating part, and it is strictly prohibitedThe operator crosses over from the upper part of the nose.
(5) After the work is finished, the coal and gangue in the scraper conveyor shall be transported out, and the spray valve shall be shut down.And send a stop signal to the next scraper conveyor, the control switch handle plate to the power-off position, tighten closedLock bolt.
(6) Clean the floating coal and gangue in the coal return pit, and clean the dust on the mechanical and electrical equipment at the head and tail of the machine.

Routine maintenance
Check and adjust the tightness of the scraper chain every half month, and make the tightness of the two chains oneCheck the fixing of the connecting ring and the scraper once per shift; check the operation of the head wheel and tail wheel per shift;Replace the bent and deformed scraper; replace the loose or falling-off cast slate in the middle groove; replace the roll every 3 months.Dynamic bearing; replace the tension screw that cannot rotate; use No.1 orNo. 2 calcium-sodium-based grease is replaced every 3 months; The reducer is generally replaced with lubricating oil every six months. IfIf the gearbox is found to be more than 60 ℃ or the oil temperature is more than 85 ℃ during use, the lubricating oil must be replaced.
