2. preparation

(2) When using the dust detector for the first time, the working state and related parameters should be set first.
(3) The dust detector should be fully charged on the ground first, and then used after checking that it is normal; when the voltage is less than 5.5V,The instrument should be charged.
3. operation method
1. Working principle
After the filter membrane clamp is put into the dust meter, the detection system in the dust meter initializes the measurement of the blank filter membrane,and store the measured values. After 5S, the dust detector starts sampling, and the negative pressure formed by the operation of the air pump draws the dust-containing air into the air.To the filter membrane, so that the filter membrane accumulates dust, and the sampling synchronization of the meter to start timing, the detection system according to the filter.The amount of dust on the film automatically sets the sampling time. When the dust detector stops sampling, the data is processed by the microcontroller.The dust concentration is calculated and displayed on the display.
2. Precautions

4. Treatment of oil removal by filter membrane
When there is oil mist in the air at the sampling site, the filter membrane should be degreased first. The specific steps are as follows:
(1) Place the steam bottle containing No. 120 solution gasoline in a crucible with a thermometer with a measuring range of 200 ℃ inserted.In the crucible, the condensing device is connected and the electric furnace is connected to the power supply, so that the oil temperature is kept at about 110 ℃, the maximum is not more.At 120°C, the distilled gasoline was collected in a clean jar.

5. Record

(7) The charger matched with the dust detector is a non-explosion-proof product and is strictly prohibited from being used under the mine.
