In order to make ZDY series drilling rigs and CMS series drilling rigs have mechanical reaming function, our company has designed a more convenient mobile hole-making hydraulic device, which includes mechanical coal seam hole-making pressure relief device and supporting core rod jacking mechanical reamer, core rod jacking hole-making drill rod and hydraulic thruster, realizing rapid replacement in roadway and enabling ordinary drilling rigs to have mechanical reaming operation function.

Working principle
Mechanical hole-making reaming series products provide axial thrust with hydraulic thrusters, realize long-distance high thrust output through mutual pushing of core rods of hole-making drill pipes, actively open the blade wing at the target position of hole-making, and automatically close the blade wing after hole-making.
