The structure of the triangular drill rod The triangular drill rod assembly is composed of triangular drill rod, guide frame, lifter and other components (some triangular drill rod assemblies also include casing). According to the pressure method and structural characteristics of the triangular drill pipe, the triangular drill pipe can be divided into the following types: 1. Friction type triangular drill pipe Each section of triangular drill pipe is composed of seamless steel pipe and the driving key welded on it. There are two types of external drive keys, three-key and six-key, and there is no pressure lock at the center of the external drive key. The downward pressure is the downward friction force between the gravity of each section of the triangular drill pipe and the table-in-table key during drilling. 2. Machine lock type triangular drill pipe Each section of triangular drill pipe is made of seamless steel pipe
Structural composition of triangular drill pipe
The triangular drill rod assembly is composed of triangular drill rod, guide frame, lifter and other components (some triangular drill rod assemblies also include casing). According to the pressure method and structural characteristics of the triangular drill pipe, the triangular drill pipe can pay dividends as follows:
1. Friction type triangular drill pipe
Each section of triangular drill pipe is composed of seamless steel pipe and the surface and inside driving key welded on it. There are two types of external drive keys, three-key and six-key, and there is no pressure lock at the center of the external drive key. The downward pressure is the downward friction force between the gravity of each section of the triangular drill pipe and the table-in-table key during drilling.
2. Machine lock type triangular drill pipe
Each section of triangular drill pipe is composed of seamless steel pipe and welded on it by the surface and inside driving key. There are two types of external driving keys: three-key and six-key, and there are 2. three or four pressure locking tables in the center of the external driving key. When the inner driving key of the triangular drill rod rolls into the pressure lock table of the outer driving key, the downward pressure generated by the power head pressure cylinder is directly transmitted to the drilling tool.
3. Multi-lock triangular drill pipe
Each section of triangular drill pipe is composed of seamless steel pipe and welded on it by the external and internal driving key. The exterior and interior drive keys are provided with a rack-type connecting step. When the inner driving key of the triangular drill rod rolls and engages with the outer driving key, the pressure generated by the pressure cylinder is directly transmitted to the drilling tool.
4. Combined triangular drill pipe
The outer sections of the combined triangular drill rod are of machine lock type and the inside sections are of friction type.
