The key raw material of the two-wing PDC anchor drill bit (reinforced type) knife wing is produced by GE Company of the United States, its diamond content is 1.5 times that of ordinary drill bit, the wear resistance is excellent, the efficiency is significantly improved, the comprehensive cost is reduced, and it is suitable for the medium-hard rock formation below grade 12.
High-strength diamond bit blade wing adopts the newly developed ball diamond blade, which is characterized by fast drilling speed and strong impact resistance. When the drill bit is drilling, the lip is used for scraping the normal uniform formation rock, and the protruding part can inhibit the instantaneous large-scale footage when the drill bit encounters a gap during the drilling process, greatly reducing the accidental damage of the drill bit and improving the drilling level to deal with complex rock formations.
