Abstract: (Abstract): In view of the problems that the three-point fixed circle method does not consider the force deformation of the drilling tool and the related parameters of the vertical and horizontal bending beam method are difficult to obtain in the traditional drilling trajectory prediction method, a new method of coal mine directional drilling trajectory prediction is proposed, which uses the vertical and horizontal bending beam theory to improve the three-point fixed circle method. According to the theory of vertical and horizontal bending beam, the method analyzes the force of the single-bending screw drill assembly, derives the three-bending moment equation, obtains the second span length L2 formed after the bending deformation of the drill assembly, and substitutes the three-point circle method, calculates the predicted slope of the drill assembly under different force conditions, and realizes the directional drilling of the coal mine near-horizontal kilometer.

 

Summary (Abstract):

In view of the problem that the three-point circle method in the traditional drilling trajectory prediction method does not consider the force deformation of the drilling tool and the related parameters of the vertical and horizontal bending beam method are difficult to obtain, a new method of coal mine directional drilling trajectory prediction is proposed, which uses the vertical and horizontal bending beam theory to improve the three-point circle method. According to the theory of vertical and horizontal bending beam, the method analyzes the force of single-bend screw drill tool assembly, derives the three-bending moment equation, obtains the second span length L2 formed after the bending deformation of the drill tool assembly, and substitutes it into the three-point circle method to calculate the predicted slope of the drill tool assembly under different force conditions, and realizes the trajectory prediction of nearly horizontal kilometer directional drilling in coal mine. The model is verified by using the drilling trajectory data of the kilometer drilling rig in Jinmei Zhaozhuang mine, and the verification results show that the prediction accuracy of the method meets the construction requirements and is higher than the traditional vertical and horizontal bending beam method.
