Quick-connect spiral drill pipe is developed on the basis of absorbing the advanced production technology of Germany and integrating the latest research results of our company. The drill pipe body is made of high-pressure seamless alloy steel pipe, and the spiral blade is made of high wear-resistant T-shaped steel strip, which is prestressed and wound and welded. The drill pipe joint is made of high-quality medium-carbon alloy steel, which is subjected to vacuum conditioning and high-pressure forming. This series of products adopts four-way or six-way quick connection, which is automatically locked by spring pins when used, and is equipped with U-shaped or semi-ring anti-release pins to make the torque of the drill pipe reach the best state. This series of products are mainly used with portable or hand-held drilling rigs. The drill pipe is light in weight, quickly connected, and the slag discharge speed is fast, which greatly improves the work efficiency, so it is called quick-connect spiral drill pipe. This series of products are widely used in the drilling construction of water exploration and gas exploration under the geological conditions of coal seam and near coal seam, and are divided into water type and water type.
