3. All hole sealers must be put into the drilling hole and are strictly prohibited from being exposed outside the hole. Exposed outside the hole, the expansion is easy to burst. It is suggested that soft coal should be put into the drilling hole for more than 1 m, and hard coal should be put into the drilling hole for more than 0.5 m.
4. If it is found that the expansion body does not expand, first check whether the pressure water exceeds 1MPa, and then check whether the cone core of the sequence valve is stuck by debris and cannot be closed. If there are sundries, rinse them with water and install them. The spring in the sequence valve has no direction, and the tip of the cone valve core is in the direction of expansion, so it should be avoided to remove the reverse. Guide body: used to lead the hole sealer into the drilled bottom hole of the coal seam, and its front end is equipped with a sequence valve.
5. During water injection, the operator cannot face the drilling hole to avoid hurting people when the pressure in the hole is high and the short-term low pressure of the external pipeline extrudes the hole sealer out of the hole.
6. Adjust the spring pressure of the geological spiral drill pipe sequence valve to control the opening pressure of the valve. For example, the opening pressure of the sequence valve is adjusted to 2MPa. When the inlet pressure is ≤ 2MPa, the valve is closed, the inlet water is blocked in the expansion cavity, and the expansion body expands rapidly (the diameter increases and the length decreases).
