In the drilling tool, the rod connected to the drill bit and used to transmit power is called grooving drill pipe. The slotted drill pipe is a steel pipe with a thread at the tail, which is used to connect the surface equipment of the drilling rig and the drilling and grinding equipment or bottom hole device at the bottom of the drilling. Before installation, check the slotted drill pipe, whether the joint is abnormal, whether the size meets the use requirements, take timely treatment measures for the slotted drill pipe that cannot meet the use requirements, and strictly prohibit the use of the slotted drill pipe that still cannot meet the requirements after taking measures.

It is strictly prohibited to hammer in a single direction with vigorous equipment. Forced use will inevitably cause hidden damage to the slot drill pipe and the frame.
6For the notched drill pipe pin that is difficult to disassemble, select small grinding wheel to grind the hole, drill with electric drill for heating, hammer with impact electric hammer, symmetrical rotation blow, etc. Secondly, use electric welding with pin puller to disassemble, etc. It is really necessary to protect the integrity of male and female joints as much as possible by oxygen cutting to ensure that they can be repaired to the original use requirements.
