1.7.1 The installation of anchor rod must adopt a fast installation process. During installation, the anchor rod shall be pushed to the bottom of the hole, and the anchor rod shall be pushed to the bottom of the hole while stirring. The anchoring force of the anchor rod shall not be lower60KN, the nut torque shall not be less100N.m.
1.7.2 When installing the resin anchoring agent, check its properties, and it is strictly forbidden to use the anchoring agent that has expired, hardened, cracked and other deformation failures.
1.7.3 When mixing resin anchoring agent, the mixing time and waiting time must be controlled strictly according to the following standards:
(1) Very fast(CKa)resin anchoring agent, stirring time is15～20sand the waiting time is10～25s;
(2) Very fast(CK)resin anchoring agent, stirring time is20～25sand the waiting time is26～35s;
3) Quickly(K)resin anchoring agent, stirring time is25～40sand the waiting time is36～60s;
(4) Medium speed(Z)resin anchoring agent, stirring time is25～40sand the waiting time is61～120s.
1.7.4 At least one roll of resin anchor rod with a length ≥350mmCKaorCKWhen different types of resin agents are mixed and used, they must be placed in the borehole in the order of gel speed first and then slow.
1.7.5 The depth, diameter, spacing between rows and the included angle with the coal and rock strata of the bolt hole must comply with the provisions of the operation regulations. Use threaded steel or round steel anchor rod, the depth of the anchor rod hole shall comply with the provisions of the operation regulations, and the exposed length of the anchor rod is30～50mm; When using pipe slot anchor, the depth of the anchor hole is the same as the length of the anchor.
