Diamond drill bits are more used by drilling masters. For hard formations, sometimes only diamond drill bits can be used. Do you know the correct operation method of diamond drill bit?
(1) Master the "five no sweeping", that is, do not use diamond drill to sweep holes, sweep residual cores, sweep off cores, sweep off blocks, and sweep probe stones;
(2) Master the "three must mentions", that is, the drill must be raised when the drill is blocked, the light rotation is invalid, the core is blocked, and the drilling speed drops sharply;
(3) If the drill bit is found to be "slipping" during the drilling process, it is not allowed to drill blindly under pressure or instantaneously dry drilling, and the drill shall be immediately picked up;
(4) Decompression drilling, use wire rope to straighten the drill string and then reverse the rod. After that, lift the drilling tool a little away from the bottom of the hole with an oil cylinder and start it again to prevent the drill bit from being damaged due to sudden rotation under heavy load;
(5) The remaining feet on the machine shall be provided before tripping in. In the process of re-drilling, it is not possible to lift the drilling tool away from the bottom of the hole to lengthen the drill pipe;
(6) In complex formations, the drilling tools shall not be lifted too fast, and flushing fluid shall be pumped into the hole at any time to prevent hole collapse caused by "swabbing;
(7) After the new drill bit is empty, "initial grinding" must be carried out ". Its purpose is: to understand the adaptability of the drill rock, to make the lip surface run-in with the bottom of the hole, to erase the false size and edges of the drill bit, and to expose the impregnated diamond.
Yikuang Science and Technology proposed the following solutions: start light pressure (about 1/3 of the normal pressure), slow rotation (about 100r/minz), and gradually increase to the normal rotation speed after a footage of 0.2-0.3m. The first time should not be too long, and the drill should be timely raised to observe the wear pattern of the drill bit;
(8) Insist on the following conditions of the drill bit, and do not lower the hole:
1) The inner diameter of the surface set drill bit is 0.2mm worn than the nominal size; When the inner diameter of the impregnated drill bit is 0.4mm worn than the nominal size.
2) There are a few diamond threshing, crushing or shearing in the table set drill head.
3) More than 1/3 of the diamond particles exposed from the surface-set drill bit.
4) The impregnated drill bit is graphitized due to micro-burning.
5) The bit has eccentric wear or deformation.
6) The carcass is defective.
7) bit nozzle and water tank size is too small.
8) serious erosion of the carcass.
9) The drill bit has been abnormally worn.
10) The cylinder body is deformed and the screw thread is damaged.
