Shanzhaicoal mineWhen the fully mechanized mining team pulled and moved the transition bracket at the upper opening of the 25012 fully mechanized caving face, the sleeper at the top of the transition bracket fell and hit a coal caving worker's head behind his right ear, causing injury. He died at 17: 25 on July 27 after being sent to the hospital for emergency treatment.
