How to prevent drill pipe from hurting people during drilling construction

1. Before the drilling rig construction, the surrounding roof, support, coal seam occurrence and geological conditions shall be confirmed first, and the construction can be carried out only if there is no abnormality.

When drilling in the construction area of coal seam heading face, ZQJC-400/11.0S and above column drilling rigs shall be gradually adopted. In other places where hand-held drilling rigs are used for construction, frame-column drilling rigs shall be used when abnormal phenomena such as top drilling, nozzle holes and gas emission are found.
When the 3. is constructed with ZQJC-400/11.0S and above column drilling rigs, protective barriers must be added in front of the drilling rig and the drilling rig console to prevent the drill pipe from pushing out and hurting people. Protective nets must be added to the leakage part of the drill pipe. Personnel must stand on both sides of the drilling rig for operation. It is not allowed to be facing the tail of the drill pipe to minimize the number of construction personnel.
During 4. drilling construction, when dynamic phenomena such as top drilling, nozzle holes and abnormal gas emission occur, drilling must be stopped immediately, the causes must be found out, drainage must be connected and pressure relief drilling must be constructed at 2 meters nearby (0.5-2.0 meters for local measures in mining working face). Construction can continue only if there is no abnormality, and the number of drilling rig operators shall not exceed 3.
5. downhole drilling personnel are forbidden to stand behind the drilling rig during drilling to prevent the drill pipe from topping out and injuring people after retreating due to high gas pressure or self-weight of the drilling rig.
When 6. loading and unloading the drill pipe, the construction personnel shall not stand in front of or behind the drill pipe to prevent the drill pipe from being squeezed due to sliding or misoperation.
7., when the angle of pitching and depression of the drilling rig is large and the drill pipe may slide, the drilling rig shall not be set in the neutral position before installing or unloading the drill pipe to prevent personnel from being injured by automatic sliding.
During 8. drilling, if the gas pressure in the drill hole is relatively high, there are phenomena of clamping, top drilling and poor powder discharge, the drilling machine must be repeatedly advanced and retracted in a small range to prevent the drill pipe from being clamped. Only when the above signs disappear can drilling resume.
During 9. drilling, the construction personnel must bring the gas portable instrument and hang it on the downwind side of drilling. When the gas concentration reaches 0.5%, stop drilling immediately and find out the reason.
When drilling 10., do not look directly at the hole to prevent the nozzle from hurting people.
