After spending the golden decade in the mining market, after several years of adjustment, we have jointly ushered in the high-quality development period of the mining industry. Since the second half of 2016, the company's sales performance has continuously broken through record highs, and the country's capacity reduction and structural adjustment have been continuously optimized. This fully shows that the next "ten years of healthy development of mining" has begun. "Let drillers be happier and the world fall in love with Chinese drilling tools" is the highest ideal and pursuit of our drillers and our beneficial mining technology.
Shandong Yikuang Drilling Technology Co., Ltd. has carried out rich technical cooperation and new product research and development cooperation with Henan Polytechnic University for many years. Especially in December 2016, the "School-Enterprise Cooperation Strategic Agreement" was jointly signed, and the "Shandong Yikuang Drilling and Mining" outstanding graduate scholarship was established. In order to highlight the development strategy of human resources, focus on talent training, and provide assistance for high-quality talents, Yikuang Technology donated 20000 yuan to set up graduate scholarships. In May 2017, 50000 yuan was invested to set up a drilling product exhibition hall in the teaching building of the Energy College of Henan University of Technology for teaching and use in the college. The two sides have established long-term cooperative relations in personnel exchange and training, scientific and technological research and development, and enterprise management consulting, and the cooperation between schools and enterprises has entered a new historical stage. As a talent training base of the Energy College of Henan Polytechnic University, Yikuang Technology exchanges what is needed in terms of talent training, internship training, and scientific research results, forming a good situation of complementary advantages.
