On October 19, 2019, in the roadway under the Nanhegou mine of Zhongtiaoshan Nonferrous Metals Group, due to the broken conveyor chain of the excavator loader, two employees carried out maintenance. After using the hydraulic system to support the ground to lift the body, the two men used sleepers to pad under the bottom of the car. Due to loss of balance, the loader tilted to the left. One of them was squeezed between the lane wall and the car body and was rescued and was sent to the hospital.
