According to Sichuan @ Gulin, at 10:37 on October 26, the roof of the 13619 working face of Shiping No.1 Mine of South Sichuan Coal Industry Guxu Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd. collapsed during the reinforcement process, trapping 7 people. As of 3 a.m. on October 28, the last trapped person had been searched and died after on-site rescue. The collapse of the mine roof caused 7 people were trapped, and eventually 6 people were killed and 1 injured.
