The rotary drilling rig has high drilling efficiency and adopts power head device, which has the characteristics of large axial pressure and torque. During construction, the drilling rig can be automatically adjusted according to different formations to achieve the best drilling parameters. According to statistics, the hole forming speed of the rotary drilling rig in the same formation is about 10 times that of the drilling (punching) drilling rig. The rotary drilling rig is a crawler-type full hydraulic automatic walking chassis, which adopts the full computer control of the hydraulic system, the drill pipe is automatically retractable, the verticality is automatically adjusted, and the drilling parameters are automatically displayed, which saves a lot of manpower. Operators work in a safe environment to achieve intrinsic safety.
The drill pipe of the rotary drilling rig is drilled by dry or non-circulating mud. The wall-protecting mud is reusable and does not need to be transported outward, thus greatly reducing environmental pollution. The excavated soil is directly loaded and transported outward, and the site cleaning is maintained to be flat. The rotary drilling rig adopts original imported diesel engine with low noise and high efficiency. The energy consumption is 1/4 of that of the drilling pile machine with the same workload. Rotary drilling rig is a kind of modern construction machinery, weighing tens of tons, high center of gravity, and high requirements for the subgrade on which the drilling rig walks. If the operator is not careful, it is in line with the law to violate the cracks between the operations.
