1. General protective measures
(1) Strengthen on-site management
In the high temperature and high humidity environment, the site management of construction machinery should focus on rain, heat, moisture, sun and lightning protection, and do the following work well:
Improve the mechanical parking environment When selecting temporary parking spaces, try to stay away from ravines, rivers and steep cliffs. It is necessary to compact the ground foundation, dig the surrounding drainage ditch, handle the slope, clean up the surrounding weeds, and eliminate the damage to the construction machinery caused by snakes and mice. Where conditions permit, camouflage nets, tarpaulins or temporary hangars should be used to avoid open storage.
Reasonable arrangement of operation time to avoid or reduce the construction work under high temperature conditions as much as possible, in order to prevent excessive wear of construction machinery and difficult for operators to bear. The construction time shall be arranged as early and late as possible, avoiding the high temperature period at noon. Do a good job of mechanical three prevention work to do a good job of construction site engineering machinery sunscreen, rain, lightning protection work, its various electrical switches, power distribution cabinets, etc., to have rain-proof, moisture-proof measures. Lightning protection device shall be installed for the concrete mixing station and other tall equipment, and the low-voltage power distribution room shall be equipped with lightning protection device according to regulations. In case of heavy thunderstorm, the operation shall be stopped and the machinery shall be evacuated to a safe area.
Pay attention to equipment safety management and control. Regularly check whether the lubricating oil and hydraulic oil temperature control devices are sensitive, whether the monitoring devices are effective, whether the torque limiter, limit switch, emergency brake switch and other safety protection devices are reliable, whether the braking and steering are good, and find hidden dangers. Eliminate in time, and prohibit equipment from operating with diseases. Dynamic tracking and management of equipment performance, and timely handling of exceptions found.
Other parts regularly check whether the rotating parts such as the transmission box and shaft pin of the construction machinery are flexible, and whether there are small cracks in the steel structure parts, so as to prevent the damage caused by high temperature and high humidity environment. If the surface of the shell is found to be aging, cracking and falling off, it should be repaired in time. Rusty parts found should be timely rust, paint, in order to avoid the rain caused by corrosion aggravation. Oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, brake fluid and grease shall be selected according to the requirements of the operation and maintenance instructions of construction machinery, and maintenance shall be carried out at specified intervals. When the quantity of the above oil is insufficient, it should be added in time, and when the quality is poor, it should be replaced in time. In addition, should be combined with the actual operating conditions, appropriate adjustment of oil change cycle.
2. Special protective measures
(1) High temperature environment protection measures
In order to overcome the adverse effects of high temperature environment on construction machinery, construction machinery should also be specially protected when operating in high temperature environment, as described below.
The implementation of compulsory maintenance in accordance with the provisions of the actual operating time interval for compulsory maintenance. After the compulsory maintenance period is reached, the maintenance must not be carried out because of the construction stress.
During maintenance, the parts that should be replaced must be replaced in order to prevent the failure of individual parts from affecting the normal use of construction machinery. Should be combined with the actual situation of high temperature operation, appropriate to shorten the maintenance cycle.
(2) Focus on maintenance
In high temperature and high humidity environment, construction machinery operators and repair personnel should pay attention to daily maintenance work, focusing on the maintenance of cooling system, electrical system, hydraulic system and oil selection, as described below.
The cooling system regularly checks the working condition of the engine cooling system to ensure that the cooling system has complete parts and good performance. In particular, check the performance of the cooling pump, the tightness of the fan tape, whether the vents and vents of the upper cover of the radiator are unblocked, and whether the coolant is sufficient, Whether the thermostat and fan clutch performance are good, etc. Clean up the dust and sludge on the heat sink and radiator of the air-cooled engine cylinder liner in time, and clean up the scale and impurities in the water radiator of the water-cooled engine in time.
The electrical system shall regularly check whether the terminal is loose, and whether the wire head and contact are oxidized or ablated. To properly adjust the generator regulator, appropriate to reduce the charging current. The appearance of the battery shall be cleaned regularly. The pile head of the battery shall be firmly connected with the positive and negative cables. The liquid level of the electrolyte shall meet the requirements. Distilled water shall be added in time and the vent shall be kept unblocked. The hydraulic system should regularly check whether the hydraulic system pipeline and radiator are leaking, whether the fan is working properly, and whether the quantity and quality of hydraulic oil meet the requirements. The hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned regularly to reduce internal pollution and maintain the heat dissipation capacity of the hydraulic oil tank.
Attention should be paid to the use of the same brand of hydraulic oil, timely replacement of contaminated hydraulic oil that does not meet the normal use requirements, and regular replacement of hydraulic oil filter elements to ensure smooth hydraulic oil pipelines and clean oil.
In order to overcome the adverse effects of high temperature environment on construction machinery, the following three types of equipment shall be provided:
First, the construction machinery should be equipped with fire extinguishers, and regularly check whether the fire extinguishers are effective.
Two is the loader, asphalt mixing plant and other construction machinery cab, control room should be equipped with air conditioning.
Third, radiators whose heat dissipation efficiency cannot meet the heat dissipation requirements of oil and hydraulic oil should be improved or replaced to increase the cooling intensity, or by installing cooling devices such as water tanks, electronic fans, and change fans to achieve emergency cooling at high temperatures.
(2) Protective measures for high humidity environment
In order to overcome the adverse effects of high humidity environment on construction machinery, special protection should be carried out for construction machinery operating in high humidity environment, as described below.
Do a good job of dehumidification maintenance When there is a high humidity environment, the operator should promptly carry out dehumidification maintenance on the construction machinery to prevent rainwater and chemical components in the air from invading the inside of the construction machinery. After each shift, maintenance work focusing on wiping, fastening and lubrication shall be carried out. For construction machinery temporarily stopped, the test machine should be started regularly to dehumidify the electrical components.
In the dehumidification maintenance, should do the following 3 points:
One is to seize the opportunity to wipe sunny days after rain;
The second is to focus on wiping bare, easy to damp, easy to water parts;
Three is to pay attention to the method of wiping, such as: cleaning the dust in the electric control cabinet, you can use a brush to clean, you can also use clean, no water vapor gas to purge, but it is strictly prohibited to use wet cloth to wipe.
