(III) Operation and Precautions
1. Operation

2. Precautions
When loading coal to the scraper conveyor, the following matters should be noted:
(1) Do not break cables, lighting lines, signal lines, etc.
(2) No coal loading during shutdown.
(3) When the scraper conveyor is overloaded and cannot be started, the coal in the chute shall be pulled out and forced to start.
(4) No coal loading is allowed when the scraper conveyor is full of trough, floating chain and chain deviation.
The following regulations shall be observed when loading coal from the slip tank:
(1) The gate must be opened in sections or a coal baffle must be set up. The person watching the gate must work under the protection of the protective plate.
(2) No coal loading is allowed when the chute is full. The coal in the chute shall not be emptied to prevent coal splashing from hurting people.60

(4) It is forbidden to load coal across the conveyor trough.

The following regulations shall be observed when the machine is chasing the floating coal in the mining face:
