Mechanized coal loading at (I) blasting face (Figure 5-3)
Figure 5-3 is a hydraulic jack, 4 is a hydraulic coal baffle, and 6 is a coal shovel plate. When blasting, 4 will be propped up, most of the coal can be blocked between the coal plate and the coal wall.
(II) Loading and Transportation of Coal in General Fully Mechanized Mining
The common mechanized coal mining face with drum shearer falling coal is used. Coal loading is to use the axial thrust generated by the spiral blades on the shearer drum during rotation to push out the coal cut between the blades and load it into the conveyor and transport it out of the face. In order to improve the coal loading rate, the gap between the drum and the coal baffle should be appropriate, and the speed of the coal outlet and the drum should be increased appropriately.
