(I) end support mode

(III) end support operation method and matters needing attention

1. Operation method of four pairs of eight long steel beams at the end

(1) Clean the floating coal and floating gangue at the gap column position, and prepare the pillar and back material.

(2) On the other steel beam in pairs on the side of the scraper conveyor near the coal wall, hang up the moving beam device to support the moved steel beam.

(3) One person slowly unloads the descending column for about 0.1m, while one person holds the pillar and the other holds the outer end of the steel beam to move the steel beam forward quickly.

(4) Place the steel beam on the prepared pillar. When the steel beam is moved to position, carry the top back and the pillar is filled and tightened. The operation sequence of other steel beams is the same as above.

2. Precautions for four pairs of eight large steel beams at the end

(1) Under normal circumstances, one beam and three columns must be maintained. When moving, one beam and two columns can be used. After moving, it should be filled in time.

(2) There must be more than 3 people working together at the same time.

(3) The steel beams shall move forward alternately and shall not go hand in hand.

(4) The column claw must hold the long steel beam teeth when supporting.

(5) After the pillar is lifted, the pillar head must be tied with lead wire.

(6) Deformed steel beams must be replaced in time.

(7) It is forbidden to operate with empty roof without support in the gap.
