1. Routine maintenance

(4) Replace the CVT lubricating oil every six months, and lubricate the bearings in each shift.
2. Common fault handling
In the use of shotcrete machine, the nozzle is often blocked, the rotor is blocked, the discharge elbow is blocked, the blasting pipe is blocked, etc.
Reason: the aggregate particle size is too large, the water content of dry mixture is too large, the conveying air pressure is too low, the air inletThe pipe section is too small, and the air supply volume of the compressor is small.
Treatment: if the aggregate particle size is too large, should stop the machine rotation, close the gas valve, from the elbowRemove the conveying pipe, open the gas valve, and blow out the storage of the rotor; then check the conveying pipe and use woodHit the plug with the rod, loosen or hollow out the plug; if the water content of the dry mixture is too large, stop the machine.Turn the machine to close the air valve; If the discharge elbow is blocked, the pipeline should be disassembled and the elbow and rotor material should be cleaned.Cavity, etc., to reduce the water-cement ratio of mixed materials; if the conveying air pressure is too low, the motor and air supply pipeline should be stopped;If the rotor is blocked, disassemble the air inlet pipe and the upper air pipe; clean the rotor material cavity with a brush.
