(6) When disassembling the inlet and outlet valves and working cylinders of the grouting machine, first remove the inlet and outlet valves and remove the screw at the end of the working cylinder.Remove the two nuts of the cylinder head and cylinder barrel. 2. Common fault handling
(1) The grouting pump does not absorb water.
Cause: Insufficient pouring water diversion, air in the pump cannot be discharged, air leakage in the suction pipe, and between the front lining plate and the impeller.The gap is large.
Treatment method: continuously pour water diversion, reflect on whether the pipeline leaks, and adjust the gap between the impeller and the front lining plate.
(2) The grouting pump feeds water slowly.
Reason: The gap between the front lining plate and the impeller is large, and the water outlet pipe cannot discharge all the air.
Treatment method: adjust the gap, regulate the water outlet pipe, and vacuum installation of the device.
(3) grouting pump water pressure is small, small flow.
Reason: there is air in the pump, the gap between the impeller and the front liner is large, the separation and gathering device is not tightly closed, the impeller orLiners worn.
Treatment method: empty the gas in the pump, adjust the gap, adjust the gap of the friction plate of the separator, and replace it.Impeller or liner.
