(II) maintenance and common fault handling
1. Routine maintenance
(1) Check whether the submersible pump pipeline and joint are loose; Turn the submersible pump by hand to check the divingWhether the pump is flexible.
(2) Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oilShould be replaced or supplemented in a timely manner.
(3) Unscrew the water diversion screw plug of the submersible pump body and fill the water diversion (or slurry).
(4) close the gate valve of the water outlet pipeline, the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge.
(5) jog motor, check whether the motor steering is correct.
(6) Open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump, and gradually open the gate after it shows the appropriate pressure.valve, while checking the motor load.
(7) Try to control the flow and head of the submersible pump within the range indicated on the sign to ensure divingPump high efficiency operation, to obtain the maximum energy saving effect.
(8) During operation, the bearing temperature of the submersible pump shall not exceed 35 ℃, and the maximum shall not exceed 80 ℃.
(9) If abnormal sound is found in the submersible pump, stop it immediately and check the cause.
(10) Submersible pump in the first month of work, after 100h to replace the lubricating oil, after every 500h, changeOil once.
(11) Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time after the wear is large.
(12) When the submersible pump is stopped for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, wipe off the water, and combine the rotating parts andApply grease and install it.
2. Common fault handling
(1) Cannot start.
Reason: the power supply voltage is too low; the circuit is open somewhere; the pump impeller is stuck by foreign matter; the cable is broken; the cableThe line voltage drop is too large, the cable plug is damaged; One phase of the three-phase cable is blocked; The winding in the motor room is burnt out.
Exclusion method: adjust the voltage to 342V ~ 418V; Find out the cause of power failure and eliminate it. Disassemble the guide,Remove sundries; replace according to cable specification table; use thicker cable; replace with new plug and check the outlet of switchHead and cable; overhaul motor.
2) No water, little water or intermittent water after startup.
Reason: The motor cannot be started; The pipeline is blocked; The pipeline is broken; The water filter screen is blocked; The suction port is exposed.Water surface; motor reverses, pump casing seal ring, impeller damage; lift exceeds the rating of submersible pump too much; bladeWheel reversal.
Elimination method: eliminate circuit failure; Remove blockage; Repair welding or pipe replacement; Remove blockage; ReInstallation; change the wiring position of the power cord; replace new parts; replace the high-lift pump; reinstall.
(3) The motor cannot be started with sound.
Reason: one of the phases is open circuit; the bearing holds the shaft; there is foreign matter in the impeller and the pump body is stuck.
Exclusion method: repair the line; repair or replace the bearing; remove foreign matter.
(4) The pump water is suddenly interrupted and the motor stops.
Reason: the air switch trippers or the fuse is blown, the power supply is disconnected; the stator winding is burned out; the impeller is stuck;Water shortage in the motor of wet submersible pump; oil shortage in the motor of oil-filled wet submersible pump.
Troubleshooting method: check the line fault, motor winding fault, and eliminate; check the cause of power failure, eliminateFault; repair the stator winding; eliminate debris; repair the motor.
(5) If the current is too large, the pointer of the ammeter will swing.
Reason: rotor sweep hall; shaft and bearing relative rotation is not flexible; thrust bearing wear is serious, impeller andThe seal ring is worn; the shaft is bent and the bearing is not concentric; the dynamic water level drops below the water inlet; the impeller is submerged in depthNot enough, inhaled air causes vibration; impeller compression nut is loose.
Exclusion method: replace the bearing; Replace or repair the bearing; Replace the thrust bearing or thrust plate; Send it to the factory for repairAdjust the throttle, reduce the flow or change the well, move the electric pump down, and tighten the nut.
(6) Severe vibration during unit operation.
Cause: motor rotor imbalance; water pump impeller imbalance; motor or pump shaft bending.
Exclude method: send factory repair.
