Coal mine crawler full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is an integral high-power deep hole directional drilling rig, suitable for hole bottom motor directional drilling, orifice rotary drilling and composite drilling and other construction technology. Can be used for coal mine gas drainage drilling construction, can also be used for underground water exploration, geological structure and coal seam thickness detection, coal seam water injection, roof and floor grouting and other types of high-precision directional drilling construction. Especially in the construction of large diameter high hole, it has outstanding advantages.
The main shaft of the power head adopts a large hole structure, which can carry out large-angle drilling construction, and can be matched with various specifications of ordinary drill pipes, cable drill pipes, spiral drill pipes and fishing drilling tools. The rotary system and feed system of the drilling rig are respectively designed with fast and slow two-gear operation modes to meet various construction requirements such as normal drilling, compound drilling and drilling azimuth adjustment, and can realize accurate adjustment of drilling azimuth. At the same time, a torque limit module is separately set for the rotary system of fast and slow two-gear, which enhances the functional adaptability of the drilling rig for rotary drilling and directional drilling respectively and plays a role in safety protection. The hydraulic system of drilling rig adopts load sensitive and constant power control technology, which has the characteristics of significant energy saving, high reliability and good operability. The drilling rig is equipped with a water pump flow monitor, which is centrally arranged above the console, and equipped with a water pump interception and unloading control valve to facilitate centralized operation by the drilling personnel. The hydraulic system is equipped with a variety of protection functions, with directional drilling rotary self-locking protection, directional drilling and rotary drilling torque limit, prevent misoperation function protection and other functional circuits, compared with the existing coal mine full hydraulic tunnel drilling machine, the machine hydraulic system protection circuit, perfect function, convenient operation, high reliability can effectively improve the working efficiency of the drilling machine. The three-pump system works independently, the rotation parameters and feed parameters can be adjusted independently, and the constant power control, load sensitivity and constant pressure variable control are used to effectively reduce the energy consumption of the drilling rig.
