Mine in-hole atomization dust extinguishing and cooling system Mine in-hole atomization dust removal and cooling system is a special device for in-hole atomization dust removal and cooling of pneumatic motors. The system consists of GLD electromagnetic flowmeter, CK mine gas flowmeter, pressure gauge, stainless steel high-pressure ball valve, J13W-160P high-pressure stop valve, atomizing nozzle, etc., with high-pressure air flow display, high-pressure water flow display and two kinds of medium mixed flow ratio adjustment function, to meet the requirements of drilling atomization dust and cooling air motor.

Mine in-hole atomization dust removal and cooling system is a special device for in-hole atomization dust removal and cooling of pneumatic motors. For example: gas and water flow requirements ratio of 99.5: 0.5%
The flow rate of high-pressure compressed air read out by the gas flow meter is 1000m ³/h
The regulated flow rate of water is 1000 × 0.5/99.5=5.05 m/h.
Adjust the water flow rate to 5.05m ³/h through the high-pressure stop valve.
