1. rig installation

Inspection before 2. start-up
1. Check the correctness of all mechanisms of the drilling rig and add lubricating oil to all lubricating points and nozzles.
2. Loosen all friction clutches and remove irrelevant debris on the drilling rig.
3. Check the rotation direction of the motor. When observing the motor from the direction of the pulley, the rotation direction of the motor should rotate clockwise.

5, idle operation for 3-5min, until everything is normal before drilling.
3. Operator Notice
1. Do not work under bad conditions.
2. Do not use a slipping friction clutch to prevent the wear of the friction plate.
3. After braking the drum, loosen it intermittently and drop the drill bit into the borehole without making it fall freely. Often check the wire rope damage, such as broken wire more than 5%, should be replaced in time. Tungsten gold sleeve shall be subjected to tensile test. The number of clamps connecting the wire rope and the drill bit shall be installed according to the same strength.
4. During the lowering work, if the drilling tool stops, it should not be suspended in the air, but should be raised and then lowered again.
5. After the drilling tool is screwed on, in order to check the thread connection at the joint, a chisel must be used as the inspection mark line.
6. Before the drilling tool is lowered to the bottom of the well, check that the drill bit is installed correctly and there should be no cracks on the drilling tool.
In order to avoid premature wear and damage of the machine, do not use drilling tools with a larger weight than specified in the manual.
8. In order to prevent the drilling tool from being clamped, it is not allowed to stay at the bottom of the well when it is not working.
9. Pay attention to whether the tension of the tie rod is normal when working, and do not work when the tie rod is loose to prevent damage to the mast.
10. When working with two pulleys in the wire rope pulley group, in order to make the mast load evenly, the pulleys on both sides should be loaded, and the middle pulley can move freely.
Safety Technology in Operation of 4. Drilling Rig
1. The drilling site shall be kept clean.
2, the installation and disassembly of the drilling rig, to ensure that the correct and complete.
3. When lifting the mast of the drilling rig, the operator should stand in a safe position.
4. When starting the motor, all friction clutches of the drilling rig should be opened.
5. When the drilling rig is working, it is strictly forbidden to remove the protective cover.
6, before the start of the work, should check the reliability of the braking device, as well as the friction clutch and starting device performance.
7. It is forbidden to check the drilling rig before the motor stops.
8. When the drilling rig is working, it is strictly prohibited to fasten any parts of the drilling rig.
9. When the drilling rig is running, it is strictly prohibited to add oil. Lubrication of the upper part of the mast shall be carried out when the rig is stopped.
10. It is not allowed to work on the mast before the motor stops.
Under any circumstances, when someone is working on the mast, no other personnel are allowed to stay under the mast.
12, in case of bad weather, not allowed to work on the mast.
13. It is strictly prohibited to use wire rope with split strands.
14. It is forbidden to touch the wire rope by hand when lifting the drilling tool.
15. Take out the drilling tool from the well when the work is stopped.
