The contact surface between the first rod internal key and the second rod oblique key is very small. In a short period of time, the upper end surface of the first rod internal key and the side surface of the second rod oblique key are seriously worn, resulting in rod jam or rolling key.
The above three points should not be careless when drilling wells with water well drilling rigs. When using drill pipe, we should eliminate the torque, pushing and pulling force of the drilling rig and allow the minimum radius of curvature to select the drill pipe suitable for the specifications and models. Remember not to connect large diameter drill pipe with small diameter, in other words, it is used with mixed size, which is very easy to cause small drill pipe to be broken or deformed. When clamping the drill pipe with vise, do not clamp the female buckle of the female connector to prevent the female buckle from being deformed. Before installing the drill pipe, the water channel hole shall be cleaned to prevent debris from blocking the channel and causing pressure suppression of the mud system. Finally, drill pipes of different buckle types cannot be mixed, even if they are not produced by the same manufacturer (because of the different technical parameters, processing methods, props and mechanical equipment used by different manufacturers, the tolerance and tightness of the processed drill pipes must be different); Do not mix drill pipes with too much difference between the old and the new and with too much difference in wear degree to avoid construction risks.
