Around noon today,Typhoon"Lichma" moved into the western waters of the Yellow Sea, and will land again along the coast from Rizhao to Haiyang in Shandong Province from around evening to night. After landing, the speed of movement will slow down and will wander from the Bohai Sea to the northern part of the Shandong Peninsula. In the next three days, there will be heavy to heavy rains in the central and eastern parts of Huanghuai, eastern North China, and most of Northeast China, heavy rains in some areas, and local heavy rains.
