1. Oil pump: It shall be cleaned or replaced according to the situation in January after accumulated operation or exposure;
2. Filter element: it should be cleaned or replaced according to the situation after 1 month of cumulative operation;
3, safety valve, pressure regulating valve: according to the need to clean or replace;
4, chain: every work running 72 hours torque tight or according to the situation need to replace;
5. Sprocket: repair or replace the sprocket cross pin for each shift as required;
6. Oil cylinder: check for nicks, oil leakage and oil string on each shift, and repair and replace them according to the needs of the situation;
7, electrical assembly: every 72 hours of operation should be a professional electrician technician to check, plug-in, plug-in, plug-in wiring for damage, according to the need to replace in a timely manner;
8. Multi-way valve: accumulated work or exposure for 1 month to clean or replace according to the situation;
9, hydraulic oil: check the hydraulic oil from time to time whether the pollution deterioration, less, according to the situation to add or replace;
10. Wear plate: check every shift and replace according to the situation;
11. External wire flange: check every shift and replace according to the situation;
12. High pressure oil pipe: regular inspection or replacement according to the situation;
13. Motor: check regularly or according to the situation;
14, coupling: each shift inspection or situation needs to be replaced;
15. Power head: The new drilling rig has been running continuously for 1 month. Please open the power head cover plate, clean the inner cavity, check whether the front and rear bearings are damaged, and replace the gear oil (grease) every 2 months or as required by the situation.
