ImpactdeviceMainly to compressed air as the power medium, the use of compressed air energy to produce continuous impact load of the hole bottom power tools. The impactor is divided into high and low air pressure, valve type and valveless type. It is mainly used in the fields of hydrological water well drilling, coreless geological drilling, geological disaster prevention and control engineering and mine rock drilling. It is suitable for application in gravel and hard rock formation, and the drill bit with special structure can also be used in soft soil layer. So what should be paid attention to during the use of the impactor, have you really understood it?
The high wind pressure impactor is a kind of impact rock drilling tool, but unlike other rock drilling tools, it always stays at the bottom of the hole during the rock drilling process, and the piston directly impacts the drill bit. The compressed gas enters the impactor through the drill pipe and is then discharged from the drill bit. The exhaust gas is used for slag discharge. The rotary motion of the impactor is provided by the rotary head of the drill, and the shaft thrust is provided by the rig propulsion mechanism and transmitted to the impactor through the drill rod.
