Maintenance Instructions
 
1. During normal operation, it is strictly forbidden to change the running direction suddenly to prevent the composite drill bit from falling off.
 
2. During normal operation, the main air path of the air compressor should not have air leakage, and there should be sufficient air volume and air pressure to extend the use time of the diamond composite drill bit.
 
3. When the new composite piece drill is used for the first time, it should be run in at low speed for half an hour, and then gradually used normally.
 
4, in the harsh geological environment, to reduce the shaft pressure and speed, to prevent the drill bit fracture.
 
5. During normal drilling operations, if the drill bit must be replaced midway, strictly check whether there are sundries in the hole, and ensure that the hole is clean before using a new composite drill bit.
 
6. In order to make the drill bit work normally and stably, the rod stabilizer should be replaced regularly.
 
7. When the new composite piece drill is used for the first time, pay attention to the cleaning of the drilling part to prevent sundries from affecting normal use.
 
8. Before replacing the new drill bit, carefully check whether the thread and teeth are in good condition, and gently push it with your hand to see if there is no problem. It can only be used after there is no dust inside, the air outlet is unobstructed, the screw thread is lubricated, and the drill bit is connected by lifting and rotating coordination.
 
9. It is strictly forbidden to use curved drill pipes to avoid the damage of the drill bit due to uneven force and accelerate the damage of the drill bit and affect the normal use time.
 
10. Choose different drill bits and operation methods according to different situations.
 
11. The composite piece drill bit shall be carefully checked before going into the well to ensure that there is no problem before the drill bit is used.
 
12. The composite piece drill bit should be stored reasonably to prevent dust and other debris from entering the drill bit, which will affect the normal use and the life of the drill bit.
 
13. The drill should be packed in a special packing box to avoid vibration collision.
 
14. When in use, take out the drill bit from the box and install it into the spring clip of the spindle or the tool library of the automatic replacement drill bit. Put it back in the box after use.
