Instructions for use
1, in different rock formations, according to the lithology of soft and hard to choose different types of drill bits, shaft pressure and speed.
2, drilling machine perforation operation, must follow the perforation of the three elements (wind pressure, shaft pressure, speed) and drill sample recommend parameters to match the principle of operation.
3. Please check the appearance of each part of the hard alloy coal and rock drill bit before going into the well to verify whether the end face of the drill thread is consistent with the factory number on the drill bit packing box and certificate of approval. Whether the appearance of the bit palm is pasted with the new trademark mark to prevent counterfeiting.
4. The drill bit should be reasonably stored on the drilling rig to prevent dust and other debris from entering the drill bit.
5. When replacing the drill bit, it is necessary to ensure that there is no dust inside the drill tool, the air outlet is unobstructed, and the screw thread is oiled. The drill bit can only be used after being connected by lifting and rotating coordination.
6. Before replacing the new drill bit, carefully check whether the thread and teeth are in good condition.
7. When drilling a new drill bit, it is necessary to run at low shaft pressure and low speed for 20-30 minutes, and then gradually increase it to normal shaft pressure.
8. When the new drill bit is newly opened, attention should be paid to remove the sundries (rubble, scrap metal, etc.) around the hole. At the same time of rotation, ventilation should be slowly released to approach the surface to prevent sudden drilling and impact damage to the drill bit.
9, in the soft rock, midway to replace the drill bit, to strictly check the old drill bit tooth palm back and tooth wheel alloy teeth, etc. have fallen off to the bottom of the hole, if there is old drill bit residue in the hole, it is strictly prohibited to use new drill bit in the original hole.
10. When the drilling rig is shut down, the drilling tool cannot be parked in the hole with water to prevent rock slag and water from flowing back into the bearing and damaging the drill bit.
11, in the rock cracks or due to blasting rock cracks and goaf operations, to reduce the shaft pressure and speed, to prevent teeth from being broken.
12. When the drilling tool is in the hole, reverse rotation is strictly prohibited to prevent the bit from falling into the well.
13. When the drill bit is in the hole and the air compressor suddenly stops working, the rock slag can easily enter the drill bit. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to rotate for a long time, resulting in bearing wear, rock slag repeated crushing (or sticking), and accelerated drill bit wear.
14. During normal perforation operation, the main air path of the air compressor should not have serious air leakage to ensure sufficient air volume and air pressure and prolong the service life of the drill bit.
15. Replace the rod stabilizer regularly to ensure the stability of the drill rod and make the drill bit work normally.
16. It is strictly forbidden to use curved drill pipe to avoid uneven force on the three palms of the drill bit and accelerate the damage of the drill bit.
17, drill storage to moisture-proof, ventilation. In the process of handling, it is forbidden to bump the roller and screw thread.
