Tungsten carbide alloy is hard alloy, which has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, good strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

The commonly used materials of cutting tooth extension are 42CrMo steel and 35CrMnSi, which have the characteristics of high strength, high hardenability, good toughness, small quenching deformation and high creep at high temperature. After heat treatment, 42CrMo steel has strong fatigue and resistance to multiple impacts, and good low temperature impact toughness.

Common types of shearer picks are: U47, U62, U76, U765, U82, U92, U94, U95, U119, U135, U170.

Shearer pick use: mainly used for coal mining and roadway, tunnel, ground trenching and other projects. Mainly equipped with shearer, roadheader, milling machine and other equipment.

Shearer coal picks can be divided into ordinary picks, wear-resistant picks, non-sparking picks, hard rock picks, hard rock picks and sandstone picks. According to the different hardness of the coal seams, the strength hard rock coal picks for different coal seams have been developed, which are basically divided into: ordinary wear-resistant coal picks for F1-F3 layers; sandstone coal picks for F4-F6-grade sandstone layers; and F7-F9-grade strength hard rock coal picks. According to the theory that different coal seams use different coal picks, the production cost of customers is greatly reduced, work efficiency is improved, and expenses are saved.
